Athletic Achievements
An accomplished endurance athlete, BJ has completed over 40 full and half marathons, Ironman distance triathlons and ultra marathons. Williams currently holds an unofficial world record for the most completed Murph Workouts with 10 completed in 12 hours. A Murph Workout is a 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 pushups, 300 squats ending with a 1 mile run.
In the beginning when taking on the sport of endurance running, BJ began with public speaking to thousands of students, sports teams and support groups of members with brain injuries. During this time he grew an immediate passion to incorporating giving back to non-profits while competing in events.

NEXT RACE!
Biggest event of Ironman BJ's life will be in February 2022! BJ and around 45 other athletes from all over the world will be taking part in the World Marathon Challenge. The World Marathon Challenge is a physical and mental challenge to run 7 marathons, on 7 continents, in 7 days (within168 hours). The first marathon is scheduled to begin at Novo (Antarctica) and is followed by marathons in Cape Town (Africa), Perth (Australia), Dubai (Asia), Madrid (Europe), Fortaleza (South America) and Miami (North America). BJ is taking part in this amazing challenging event to support Team Hoyt and the Hoyt Foundation, Inc. He has the goal of raising $100,000 for the charitable foundation.
